Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. For contributions sent by mail, you will receive a paper receipt. For contributions made through www.tukutana.org, receipts are sent automatically via e-mail from email@example.com. In the unusual event that you don’t receive a receipt, please request one by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly include the date and amount of your contribution with your message.
How can I trust my online giving is secure?
All credit card information is processed securely through Stripe, a leading provider of online payment gateway services.
Stripe meets or exceeds the most stringent industry standards: each piece of Stripe's infrastructure and each stage of their operations are designed with security in mind. If you have any security concerns, or encounter any issues, please contact Stripe at email@example.com.
Tukutana values your privacy. The contact and billing information we collect from you on our website www.tukutana.org is used only to: process your donation, fulfill your order, send you a donation or order confirmation, send you requested product or service information, administer your account, send you newsletters and marketing communications, or respond to your inquiries.
Tukutana will not sell your information to third parties, and may only share your information with companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as shipping your order or offering customer service. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.
What is Tukutana’s “Financial Gift” cancellation and refund policy?
If, in submitting your financial gift, you make an error or change your mind about contributing to Tukutana, email a donation cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of submitting the contribution. Please provide the name, gift amount, and date that match the payment method used.
Cancellations and refunds requested via e-mail within 24 hours of the online giving transaction will be granted in full using the original method of payment.
How do I update or cancel the recurring monthly gift I make?
Please email the changes you would like to make to email@example.com. You will receive confirmation via e-mail.
